Why Choose an Inflatable Boat?
Many choose an Inflatable Boat to add to their existing Yacht or fleet for assistance. Though they are also a great option if you are looking for an affordable way to get out on the water on a high speed boat. They can also be deflated and stored in small areas making them a very practical solution for many.
With Gratitude you can now:
Incredible Loading Capacity
These boats have a very high load capacity compared to standard fiberglass boats. They can maneuver and operate precisely with about twice the load of a standard boat of the same size.
Light Weight Design
Our boats are up to 3 times more light weight than a standard boat. They composed of the flooring of your choice, transom, fittings, the inflatable tube and add ons of your choice. The light weight design makes boating much less of a hassle.
Running an Inflatable boat requires a smaller engine than conventional boats to provide better performance on less fuel, making them very economical. This is due to their light weight design and overall buoyancy of the watercraft. Their maintenance is also very easy on the owner which in turn makes these boats very easy to resell.
Our boats are Constructed with the most durable Military-Grade materials to ensure they are the highest quality inflatables on the market. If The Military and Coast guard can Rely on these boats while on lifesaving missions of shore you know you can too. The inflation tubes are also designed that if in some crazy circumstance one tube popped( which doesn’t happen) you can safely get back to shore on just the one remaining tube.

In the production of GRATITUDE boats we use five ply PVC material or Hypalon depending on what the customer needs the boat for. It all depends on your purpose with the watercraft. Don’t hesitate to contact us if you have any questions.
Pro: MUCH less expensive then Hypalon.
Con: It will not last as long as Hypalon in direct sunlight and in salt water but it will still last for years
The PVC material is a layer of synthetic polyester fabric with 2 sided coated in polyvinyl chloride, interconnected by special adhesive composition.
The base layer material provides high strength and resistance to punctures. The layers of polyvinyl chloride is provided to make sure the air is impermeability of the material(keeping the pressure).
Plasticizing agents make an elastic material, which is important for folding and unfolding the boat. The material is resistant to ultraviolet radiation, salt water, fuels and oils. It retains its properties in the temperature range from -30 В° C to 60 В° C.
There is no doubt that PVC fabric won’t last as long as Hypalon fabric but that doesn’t mean the PVC wont last for many years and be extremely durable if taken care of. If the item is subjected to years of bad treatment such as months of prolonged periods of direct sunlight and no measures have been taken to protect the PVC fabric from the sun (i.e. boat cover or UV spray).
When not in use, it is highly recommended to store PVC inflatable products in a well ventilated, area out of the sun. Humidity and heat are killers for PVC products even though they can handle these conditions we want to make sure your items last as long as possible. Do NOT store PVC inflatables in closed containers, boxes or storage areas with no ventilation and under direct sunlight. Humidity will accumulate in tightly closed storage areas and will weaken the chemical bond of PVC construction once significant heat is present.
Pro: more durable than PVC Can handle being exposed to prolonged periods of direct sunlight and salt water
Con: much more expensive then PVC.
Hypalon Is Synthetic neoprene rubber thats immensely strong and highly resistant in extreme conditions. The combination of a high tenacity fabric and an outstanding coating makes this material virtually undestroyable. It can handle the strong UV rays in hot climates without wearing the material but should still be covered when in use.
